What is CovioIQ?
CovioIQ is a CRM platform purpose-built for Canadian insurance brokers. We help brokers run their renewal pipeline, see churn risk with rule-based scores, and build stronger client relationships, with an optional AI assistant on Team and Agency plans.
Are positions remote?
Yes! We're remote-friendly for team members across Canada and North America. Some roles may have occasional travel for company offsite or industry events, but daily work is 100% flexible on location.
What experience do I need?
Experience levels vary by role. We need people across the spectrum—senior engineers, product managers, and growth professionals. Most roles ask for 2–5 years of relevant SaaS or startup experience. Read the specific role details to see what fits best.
Do I need to know about insurance?
Not required, but it's a bonus. We'll teach you how brokerages work if you don't know already. What matters is genuine curiosity about the industry and a commitment to understanding our customers.
What's the interview process like?
