Is my data secure, and how does CovioIQ handle PIPEDA?
We use AES-256 encryption at rest and store your client data in Canada (AWS Canada Central), with each agency's records isolated at the database level and document access logged. CovioIQ is built around PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 but holds no compliance certification: third-party audits such as SOC 2 have not been completed.
Can I import my existing client data?
Yes, we support CSV imports and can help migrate data from popular CRM systems. Our team can assist with data migration for larger brokerages.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime with no long-term contracts. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period, and can export all your data.
