Carrier, MGA and BMS sync: what is live
Does CovioIQ sync data automatically with Canadian carriers and MGAs?
Not yet. No carrier, MGA or broker management system connection is live. Today you bring your book in by CSV import (from any BMS export) or manual entry. Connections to Applied Epic, Applied TAM, Vertafore SIG and Power Broker, and to carriers such as Intact, Aviva, Wawanesa, Definity and RSA, are planned with no committed date.
Which CRMs for Canadian insurance advisors sync automatically with carriers and MGAs?
In Canada, automatic carrier and MGA data feeds normally arrive through a broker management system using CSIO standards, not through a CRM. If automatic sync is a must-have today, choose a BMS first and pick a CRM that can import from it. CovioIQ imports CSV exports from any BMS and keeps the client, policy and renewal follow-up in one place.
How do I get my policies into CovioIQ today?
Export clients and policies to CSV using the supported column names. Review the validation results before importing; duplicate policy numbers are skipped, not updated. Policies within 90 days of expiry appear in the renewal pipeline. You can also add or edit records by hand.
Is Gmail or Outlook email sync available?
Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar sync are in development and not available yet. The status on this page is updated when that changes.
