Client management
One record per client or business: contact details, status, lead source, tags and notes, with their policies, open deals, churn risk and logged activity on the same page. Import from CSV with a check step before anything is saved.
CovioIQ is a CRM for Canadian insurance brokerages. It keeps client and policy records in one place, moves every policy into a renewal pipeline 90 days before it expires, and scores churn risk and leads with transparent rules that show their reasons. Here is what each part does today, which plan includes it, and what is still in development.
14 days free. No credit card.
Client and policy records that everything else is built on.
One record per client or business: contact details, status, lead source, tags and notes, with their policies, open deals, churn risk and logged activity on the same page. Import from CSV with a check step before anything is saved.
Carrier, type, premium, commission and expiry on every policy. Search, filter by type and status, see what expires in the next 30 or 60 days, and import or export the book as CSV.
See every renewal early and know which clients may be at risk.
Each active policy enters the renewal pipeline 90 days before it expires, without anyone setting a reminder. Work renewals through upcoming, contacted, quoted, renewed or lost, with an optional daily digest email to the broker.
A 0 to 100 churn-risk score on every open renewal from premium change, client tenure, policy count and time since last logged contact, with the reasons shown. Scores of 70 and above are flagged. Estimates only; broker judgment required.
Work deals, prioritize leads and find coverage gaps in the book you already have.
New-business and cross-sell deals by stage, from lead to won or lost, with value, probability and expected close date. The board totals the open pipeline and a weighted forecast of value times probability.
A rule-based score on every contact from lead source, status, recent logged activity, contact details on file and policy count. Every point is listed as a reason, so you can see why one lead ranks above another.
Finds active clients missing auto, home, life, business or health cover and estimates each gap from the median premium among your own clients. Estimates, not quotes.
Questions about your book, answered in plain language.
Ask plain-language questions about your book, such as which renewals are high risk or premium by carrier. Advisory answers only, never coverage advice.
In development. Listed so you know what is coming, not sold as available.
Planned: suggest a category such as quote request, claim or renewal for a client email logged in CovioIQ. In development and not available on any plan yet.
Connections to broker management systems and carriers are planned with no date committed, and Gmail and Outlook sync is in development. The integrations page lists the current status of each.
Plans are flat monthly prices in CAD. If you are weighing CovioIQ against a general CRM or a broker management system, the comparison pages set out the differences plainly.
