Subprocessors
CovioIQ uses the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to deliver the service. This list is updated as of October 7, 2026.
Notice of changes: We will update this page at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor or changing a subprocessor's data processing location. If you object to a new subprocessor, you may terminate your subscription before the change takes effect. Email admin@covioiq.com with concerns.

SMS for the Canadian number clients can text: the sender's phone number, CovioIQ's number, the message text and any attached media, plus delivery and cost metadata. Inbound replies only today — CovioIQ does not send SMS to clients.
